Common questions
How is this different from the sprint?
The sprint finds one constraint. The retainer keeps finding them — because when you fix one, the next one surfaces. Plus you get hands-on implementation, not just diagnosis. I'm in your systems, building and shipping alongside you.
What if I only need you for one month?
Then one month it is. No contracts. Some clients do a single intensive month to get their AI initiative on track and then continue on their own. That's a great outcome.
Can you work with my existing team?
Yes, and I prefer it. I'm not replacing your team — I'm the force multiplier. I find the constraint, build the plan, and either implement it directly or enable your team to execute it.
What kind of companies is this for?
Typically Series A through C companies with active AI initiatives that need strategic direction and hands-on implementation support. If you did the sprint and felt like "I need more of this" — that's the signal.
$10k/month seems like a lot.
A senior AI hire costs $25-40k/month fully loaded. A consulting firm charges $50-100k/month for a team that delivers slide decks. You're getting one person who can think, build, and ship — embedded in your business at a fraction of either option.
